The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has begun investigating Volkswagen vehicles after receiving reports of engine stalls and failures, sometimes at highway speeds. Alcohol swab recall 177

Triad Group has voluntarily recalled all of its alcohol swab products after one was allegedly linked the death of a 2-year-old Houston boy from bacteria found on the swab. The boy developed bacteria meningitis after brain surgery.
