Night lights recall 5

Another Product Liability case which is one of the areas of San Diego Personal Injury law and attorney.

The Consumer Product Safety Report has announced a recall of 272,000 night lights that pose overheating risks. American Tack & Hardware Co. Inc. said that the Forever-Glo Cylinder Nite Lites have an “electrical short circuit in the night light [that] can cause it to overheat and smolder or melt which can burn consumers or result in a fire.” The company has received nine reports of products overheating but no reports of injuries.
