Paint company $1 million lawsuit 343

A California paint company has agreed to pay $1 million to settle a lawsuit accusing it of “illegal transportation and mismanagement of hazardous waste and materials.” Vista Paint Corp. will pay the settlement to six district attorney’s offices and will also have to improve their training and storage methods.
