Two tour companies sued by a Japanese family after their son died 56

A Japanese family has filed a lawsuit against two Utah tour companies over the death of their son in 2010 while on a local tour. The suit claims the driver “tried to mask fatigue with energy drinks and caffeine gum before falling asleep” and causing the van to roll and crash.
