Pennsylvania state sued for low-adults health-coverage 60

Premises Liability is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law

A lawsuit has been filed against the state of Pennsylvania to force the state to continue paying health-care coverage for 42,000 low-income adults whose insurance program ended last month. The suit claims the state has no right to end the decade-long program because “its funding from the state is stipulated by state law.” The suit is seeking class-action status.  San Diego personal injury attorney Amy Worden ,Philadelphia Inquirer  03/15/2011
