Product Liability is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of 1,800 Little Pet Vet costumes and Dr. Littles costumes due to a choking hazard. The agency said the costumes were sold with small toy stethoscopes, which can be taken apart into small pieces and pose risks to young children.
