A group of Rochester, New York, residents have filed a lawsuit against DePuy Orthopaedics over faulty hip implants. The plaintiffs claimed they suffered injuries after having the implants put in and have to have additional surgeries. The company failed to adequately test the product before putting it out on the market, the suit alleges.
