A female employee of Cigna Corp. has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. insurer, claiming the company “blocks female employees from promotions and higher-paying jobs.” The suit claims women have been denied promotions for being “too aggressive” and Cigna prevents advancement by ranking their performance in a bell curve.
