Two Florida men have filed a lawsuit against the DeLand Police Department over a police shooting the suit calls “a clear case of police brutality.” San-Diego-Auto-Accident-lawyer Police claim the men were pointing a gun at them while they stood outside a trailer, but the plaintiffs say neither of them was holding a gun and that eye witnesses can corroborate their story.
