A federal judge in San Diego has dismissed a lawsuit filed by PETA against SeaWorld that claimed the whales kept at the park were “enslaved.” The lawsuit sought to provide the whales constitutional protection under the 13th Amendment, but the judge ruled the amendment only applies to humans.
