The fatal police shooting of a Philadelphia man involved in a stolen car chase has prompted a lawsuit from his mother against six officers involved. San-Diego-Auto-Accident-lawyer The man was the passenger in a stolen car chase that ended with police opening fire on the stopped vehicle after someone in the car allegedly “reached for something.” The lawsuit, however, states there were no weapons in the car and that many of the claims in the police report, including the speed at which the chase occurred, are false and did not warrant the firing of weapons.
