A lawsuit has been filed against Waynesville, Ohio and the local police department over various civil rights violations. In their lawsuit, a local couple claims police entered their apartment without a warrant or permission and forced the two out of the shower, making them stand naked in front of the officers while being questioned. The suit also claims officers allowed the couple’s nanny to enter their house and remove some of their belongings without permission.
