Lawsuit filed over a electronic book design 115

Premises Liability is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.
Book seller Barnes & Noble has agreed to a settlement in a lawsuit filed over the screen design of the company’s Nook electronic book reader. The suit, filed by the company Spring Design, claimed the book giant violated a nondisclosure agreement the two had when it used the Spring Design technology in Nook. All the terms of the settlement were not disclosed, but Spring Design did grant Barnes & Noble a nonexclusive license for “all of its patents and patent applications.” San Diego personal injury attorney Staff Report, Baltimore Sun 03/02/2011
