A Georgia jury has awarded an illegal immigrant ownership of a $750,000 winning lottery ticket in a lawsuit filed over who the ticket actually belonged to. After watching video of the plaintiff verifying the ticket from the store it was purchased, the jury determined that he did in fact purchase the ticket.
