Defamation lawsuit for the mortgage meltdown book 121

The author and publisher of the mortgage meltdown book “The Big Short” have been hit with a defamation lawsuit by one of the asset managersfeatured in the book. According to the lawsuit, author Michael Lewis made “false and defamatory” statements in his book about Wing Chau and his firm, Harding Advisory LLC, and their role in the mortgage crisis.
