Premises Liability is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

A U.S. District Court judge has given plaintiffs in a lawsuit filed against theNational Football League and Cowboys owner Jerry Jones over Superbowlseating problems an additional 60 days to decide if they will accept a proposed settlement. The ruling came after lawyers for the plaintiffs argued that the NFL provided insufficient information regarding the settlement to the fans.
