Couple’s privacy violated by Google 1

This is a crossover from Personal Injury into Right of Privacy, and in this day and age we will see more of withthe expansion of the internet.  Google Inc. will pay just $1 in a settlement with a Pennsylvania couple who filed a lawsuit against the company over Google Street View. The case was filed in April 2008 and originally thrown out, but reinstated by a U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals in March. San Diego Personal Injury Attorney The couple claimed in the lawsuit that the service was a violation of their privacy, but Google argued “complete privacy does not exist.” The couple also said it wasn’t about the money, all they wanted was an apology.  W.J.
