Golf course mudslide lawsuit 160

A group of California homeowners have filed a lawsuit against Shorecliffs Golf Course over mudslides that occurred last December. The suit alleges golf course officials failed to properly maintain hillside slopes on the course that contributed to the dangerous mudslides.
