Product Liability is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of 500,000 bassinets due to the chance the product can collapse. The bassinets, produced by Burlington Basket Company, can collapse “if not properly locked into position.” The company has received 10 reports of the bassinets collapsing, including two reports of minor injuries.  San Diego personal injury attorney Wendell Marsh, Reuters  02/16/2011
