A Colorado family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against a local go-kart racing park after the death of their 9-year-old daughter in August 2010. The suit claims a recovery vehicle suddenly drove onto the track at Grand Junction Motor Speedway, causing the girl to crash her kart.
