Product Liability is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

A class-action lawsuit has been filed against Proctor & Gamble, makers of Fixodent denture cream, claiming the product makes users ill because of its high zinc content. Plaintiffs in the suit claim the cream has caused them neurological illnesses and limb numbness, among other things. The suit also claims there have been studies done linking denture users with neurological disease.
