Product Liability is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of 107,500 portable electric heaters due to a risk over overheating. The product’s manufacturer, Lasko Products Inc., said an electrical connection “in the base of the unit can overheat, causing it to melt and expose the electrical connection.” The company has received 18 reports of minor burns to floors but no reports of injuries.  San Diego personal injury attorney Staff Report, PR Newswire  02/08/2011
