Airplane Accidents are another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

A lawsuit has been filed over a plane crash that occurred in February 2009 in northern California, resulting in the death of three people. The suit, filed by the family of one of the passengers, claims the crash could have been avoided had the plane’s owner and pilot took proper safety precautions. The weather was foggy the morning of the crash, and the suit claims air traffic control workers warned the pilot of the risky conditions.
