Jogging strollers recall 287

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of 22,000 jogging strollers due to risk of laceration and amputation. Imported by phil&teds USA Inc., the hinge mechanism on the strollers is strong enough to break skin or cut off fingers that may get caught.
