Iowa bedbug lawsuit 288

Court papers were filed in Iowa this week claiming the apartment owners and managers in Des Moines who are defendants in a bedbugs lawsuit knew about the infestation “but refused to warn tenants or to properly treat it until they were sued.” The papers are also seeking class action status for the lawsuit on behalf of around 300 current and former tenants.
