Female police officer rage 290

A lawsuit has been filed against a female Denver police officer who allegedly “roughed up” the manager of a local oil-change shop in 2007. According to the plaintiff, he had requested the officer move her patrol car from blocking his driveway, which spurred the officer into roughly handcuffing and arresting him.
