Travel agency antitrust lawsuit 323

The U.S. Supreme Court has upheld a lower court decision to throw out an antitrust lawsuit brought forth by the owners of 49 travel agencies. The travel agents “accused the nation’s airlines of agreeing to slash commissions,” but “the allegations in the complaint weren’t sufficient to suggest that the airlines had reached an illegal agreement.”   San Diego personal injury attorney Greg Stohr, Bloomberg  01/10/2011
