A lawsuit has been filed against correction officers and officials on the F Block of the Pittsburgh Correctional Institution, claiming patterns of abuse against inmates. The plaintiff claims he was sent to solitary confinement for five months after objecting to the officers’ behavior. The suit comes at the tail end of a series of other lawsuits accusing the correctional officers of abusing sex offender inmates.
