A western Pennsylvania song writer has filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against the rapper Wiz Khalifa over Khalifa’s chart-topping song “Black and Yellow.” San-Diego-Auto-Accident-lawyer The plaintiff claims in his suit that Khalifa’s song is derived from his own, “Pink N Yellow,” which was copyrighted in 2008. The lawsuit states the two songs are “substantially similar,” and is seeking a portion of the profits of Khalifa’s song.
