A New York City man has filed a lawsuit against jailers at the Vernon C. Bain Center, where he is incarcerated, for failing to find jail uniforms that fit him. San-Diego-Auto-Accident-lawyer The 400-pound man claims he was forced to wear the same pair of sweats and T-shirt for eight months, washing them himself in the shower, because jail officials did nothing to find clothing in his size.
