Man dies after a motorcycle accident 10

Motorcycle injury accidents are another area of San Diego Personal Injury Attorney.

A Missouri family has filed a lawsuit against the city of Columbia and a local bus driver over a fatal motorcycle accident in July. According to the suit, the bus driver failed to swerve or slow down to avoid hitting a motorcyclist who was making a left turn at a stop sign. The man was pinned under the bus for several minutes and died in the hospital the following day.
