Product Liability is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of 400 wooden toy activity centers. The product, the Parents Busy Time Activity Center, has “wooden pegs on the xylophone activity that can come loose,” and pose a choking risk to young children.
