The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals reinstated a lawsuit this week against Oklahoma County filed over severe injuries suffered by a grade student at the Oklahoma County Juvenile Detention Center three years ago. The original suit claimed officials at the center “acted with deliberate indifference” to the boy’s needs when it was discovered he was ill.
