Product Liability for jogging stroller attachment 120

Product Liability is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

More than 1,500 baby jogging stroller attachment seats have been recalled after it was discovered that the seat may not properly lock to the stroller and could come off during use. The recall covers the Baby Jogger Jump Seat, which has been sold in stores since January 2008. Reports show that four children have fallen out of the seats during use, with one baby suffering a broken nose.  San Diego personal injury attorney Terri Gruca, KVUE-TV  03/02/2011
