Helicopter accidents are another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

A lawsuit has been filed against Federal Aviation Administration over a September 2008 helicopter crash in Maryland that killed four people. The lawsuit contends air traffic controllers gave the helicopter pilot “inaccurate weather information,” which led to the crash. “Controllers gave the pilot outdated weather information that exaggerated the level of visibility” as he attempted to make an emergency landing, the suit states.
