Product Liability is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of 1,550 Felt Adult bicycles. Produced by ADK Technologies and imported by California-based Felt Bicycles, the recall was issued after it was discovered that the bicycle’s fork can break, posing a fall risk for the rider.
