A former public relations employee at Publicis Groupe SA has filed a $100 lawsuit against the company, claiming sexual discrimination. The plaintiff claims in the suit that she and other women have been unfairly fired after returning from maternity leave and that the company hires men and a disproportionately high rate. Also, the suit notes that while women make up “70 percent of the public relations staff,” they only hold about 15 percent of the leadership positions.
