Auto Accidents are another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

The Suffolk Country School Board has agreed to an undisclosed settlement in a lawsuit stemming from a school bus crash in January 2009. The suit was filed by the mother of one of the students on the bus who suffered neck and back injuries in the crash. The suit accused the bus driver of “failure to maintain a proper lookout, failure to keep his vehicle under proper control and failure to keep a safe distance.”  San Diego personal injury attorney Hattie Brown Garrow, Virginian Pilot  02/25/2011
