Design Flaws casuing product defects are another area of San Diego Personal Injury aTtorney The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall 36,000 1-liter Kitchentrend Stainless Steel carafes due to a flaw in the handle. According to J & H International, the product’s manufacturer, the handles on the carafes may come loose, causing hot contents to spill and possibly burn consumers.
