FBI accused of spying 133

Premises Liability is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

An Islamic group has filed a lawsuit against the FBI over “indiscriminate surveillance” by a paid FBI spy of several California mosques in the mid-2000s. The suit claims the government paid the man to investigate “people who were more devout in their religious practice, irrespective of whether any particular individual was believed to be involved in criminal activity.” The lawsuit also claims that at one of the mosques the spy investigated, an FBI official had previously told the members that “no such surveillance would take place.”  San Diego personal injury attorney Patrik Jonsson, Christian Science Monitor  02/23/2011
