Wrongful Death is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

A Minnesota family has filed a lawsuit against a Utah resort over the death of their son, who was training at the resort for a freediving competition. The lawsuit claims the Homestead resort in Utah should have “provided a lifeguard, equipped the [geothermal pool] with better safety and rescue equipment and kept better supervision,” all of which may have prevented the man’s death.
