A group of Denton, Texas, church members have filed a lawsuit against a Fort Worth-based bus company over a crash that occurred in Colorado last December. According to the suit, witnesses said the bus was being driven at excessive speeds on icy roads, and the plaintiffs accuse the driver and bus company of negligence.
