A former Los Angeles County Superior Court spokeswoman has filed a lawsuit against the Sheriff’s Department, claiming she was physically harassed by a courthouse deputy even though she had the proper credentials. The suit claims the woman was “grabbed by a courthouse deputy and pushed hard against a wall.” She said she sought medical attention for her injuries and is seeking unspecified damages in the lawsuit.  San Diego personal injury attorney Robert Faturechi, LA Times  02/18/2011
