A New York man has filed a $150 million lawsuit against Brooklyn prosecutor Michael Vecchione, claiming he threatened a witness with violence in order to gain false testimony to convict the plaintiff of the 1995 murder of a rabbi. The plaintiff was released from prison last year after it was discovered that Vecchione did in fact win the conviction by coercing false testimony.
