Product Liability is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of 4,700 newborn mittens due to a choking hazard posed by decorative pieces on the mittens. The company that produces the mittens, Nurses Choice Corp., said “decorations on the mittens can be pulled off, posing a choking hazard.” The company has received one report of decorations falling off the mittens, but no injuries have occurred.  San Diego personal injury attorney Staff Report, PR Newswire  02/15/2011
