Johnson and Johnson (J&J) has announced a recall of 70,000 syringes of its antipsychotic drug Invega Sustenna. The company announced the recall after it was discovered that the syringes may have cracks. The crack could be completely covered by the label on the syringe and would therefore be invisible to the user.
