Product Liability is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has announced a recall of almost 800,000 child seats because the harness may not effectively protect the child. The child seats were made by the Dorel Juvenile Group and were sold under the brand names Safety 1st, Maxi-Cosi, Cosco and Eddie Bauer.
