Triad Group has voluntarily recalled all of its alcohol swab products after one was allegedly linked the death of a 2-year-old Houston boy from bacteria found on the swab. The boy developed bacteria meningitis after brain surgery. A statement on the Traid Group’s Web site says, “This recall has been initiated due to concerns from a customer about potential contamination of the products with an objectionable organism that may or may not be related to Triad’s manufacture of these products.”  San Diego personal injury attorney Leigh Frillici and Courtney Zubowski , KHOU-TV  02/14/2011
