Product Liability is another area of San Diego Personal Injury Law.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has begun investigating Volkswagen vehicles after receiving reports of engine stalls and failures, sometimes at highway speeds. The agency said on its Web site that the engine stalls could be related to “high-pressure pumps failing and contaminating the fuel system with debris.” There has been one reported accident related to the stalls and 160 complaints from Volkswagen owners.  San Diego personal injury attorney Angela Greiling Keane, Bloomberg  02/11/2011
