A California couple has filed a lawsuit against Walt Disney after their 4-year-old child suffered burns on his face from nacho cheese while at Disney World in Orlando, Fla. The lawsuit claims that the nacho cheese, which accidentally splashed onto the boy’s face, should not have been served at a temperature that causes “immediate burns on contact.” The lawsuit is seeking unspecified damages.  San Diego personal injury attorney Laura Bly, USA Today  02/14/2011
